SoftSnow is an AI consulting company. Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and accelerate their journey toward realizing its full potential. SoftSnow is the leading partner for mid-market companies, helping to strategically leverage AI to transform business operations, achieve unparalleled efficiency, and foster sustainable growth.

Position Overview

SoftSnow is seeking a systems-focused, client-savvy AI Integrator to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions across business operations. As the bridge between strategy and execution, this role ensures that AI systems — including copilots, agents, and embedded automations — are implemented smoothly into client workflows.

You’ll collaborate with AI Trainers, Personality Designers, and Assessor teams to align configurations with business goals, oversee change management, and support adoption across teams. This is a hands-on implementation role suited for someone who understands both operational nuance and technical integration patterns — someone who knows how to make AI actually work for business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing client workflows and identify opportunities to embed AI into core processes.
  • Coordinate pilot deployments for tools like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI agents, and retrieval-augmented systems.
  • Collaborate with AI Trainers to build, test, and deploy workflows that reflect client-specific data and priorities.
  • Integrate prompt libraries, memory structures, and UI layers into business systems (CRM, ERP, support platforms).
  • Work with AI Personality Designers to ensure user-facing agents reflect appropriate tone, behavior, and UX alignment.
  • Track agent adoption, collect user feedback, and implement iterative improvements post-launch.
  • Provide change management support and hands-on client enablement to drive confidence and ROI.

Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in process design, systems integration, product implementation, or digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, or workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, LangChain, Azure AI).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, and AI lifecycle workflows.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong technical understanding of how AI is operationalized across departments and tools.
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation, systems thinking, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in low-code/no-code environments is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on business value, clarity, and adoption.

Benefits
What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive Training – Learn AI development through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  • Exciting Growth Opportunities – Join a fast-growing industry with endless possibilities.
  • Collaborative Environment – Work alongside top AI professionals in a supportive team.
  • Innovative Work – Be part of cutting-edge AI projects that shape the future of business.
  • Flexible Work Environment – Remote work opportunities with a results-driven approach.
  • Competitive Benefits - Designed to focus on our team's personal, professional and financial goals.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
