Job DescriptionYour Mission:
Your mission is to bring our AI strategy to life by building the tools and implementing the solutions our Servicing teams need. This role is central to our operational success, covering both the hands-on implementation of AI tools and the strategic management of third-party solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Implementation and Prototyping:
Lead the implementation of 3rd party AI solutions, coordinating with Privacy, Security, Compliance, and other departments to move initiatives forward.
Triage requests, gather requirements, and build robust solutions using platforms like Credal.ai, Gemini, and Google Agentspace.
Uncover automation opportunities within Servicing, build prototypes, and collaborate with product teams to ship scalable solutions.
Apply strong project management skills with an emphasis on cross-functional coordination.
Market Intelligence and Vendor Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive vendor research to relieve teams from extensive market scanning.
Create and maintain vendor evaluation frameworks and a living vendor landscape document for teams to reference.
Pre-qualify vendors based on product requirements and create briefing materials to accelerate decision-making.
Privacy and Compliance:
Collaborate with compliance teams to navigate data privacy regulations across global markets (GDPR, EU AI Act, CCPA, etc.).
Pre-screen vendors for potential compliance issues before they are evaluated by Product teams.
Perform risk assessments for third-party solutions that will handle sensitive information.
Vendor Management:
Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from contract negotiation and onboarding to relationship management, within a regulated environment.
Handle vendor-related administrative tasks to minimize the overhead on Product teams.
Skillset and Qualifications:
Servicing & Technology Knowledge:
Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of AI solutions and the broader AI/automation technology landscape for service operations.
Demonstrable experience in building AI agents or automations, including expert prompt engineering.
Ability to translate complex service use cases into technical vendor requirements.
Knowledge of global customer service operations and their requirements.
Process, Compliance & Project Management:
Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on cross-functional coordination.
Expertise in risk assessment for third-party solutions handling sensitive information.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations across global markets (GDPR, EU AI Act, CCPA, etc.).
Vendor Management:
Experience with the vendor lifecycle, including procurement processes, commercial negotiations, and relationship management in regulated environments.
