Capitalize is looking for a talented and driven AI Consultant to join our growing AI & Advanced Analytics practice. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients across industries to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive real business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI/ML opportunities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions (e.g., forecasting, classification, NLP, GenAI)
- Develop reusable frameworks, POCs, and accelerators to scale impact across clients
- Support presales efforts with demos, solutioning, and scoping support
- Work alongside a cross-functional team of consultants, data engineers, and analysts
- Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and technologies and bring that knowledge to our clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
- 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields. Consulting experience is preferred
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems; familiarity with RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, vector databases, and LLM frameworks preferred.
- Strong Python and SQL required; Alteryx, UiPath, Power BI preferred
- Understanding of common model types (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, LLMs) and familiarity with model evaluation and monitoring methods.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, Vertex AI, SageMaker)
- Excellent communication skills
- Travel 15-25%
