What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Human Resources groups to proactively identify and address business concerns with AI and automation solutions.
- Manage roadmap and backlog for AI tools, prioritizing tasks and determining improvements based on utilization metrics and feedback.
- Conduct research and stay current with technological advancements, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Provide mentorship and on-demand training material, encouraging tool adoption and utilization.
- Build AI Agents to improve HR efficiency, including chatbots and automations.
How Will You Get There?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Basic knowledge of AI.
