Work Location

This position is based onsite at our current Bell, CA office and will transition to our new Beverly Hills, CA headquarters in Q1 2026. Candidates must be able to commute to both locations.

New or Upcoming 2 - 4 year college grads encouraged to apply! School experience counts using AI and Automation tools.

Each role customizes its focus to the department it supports:

  • Design → Creative automation, AI-assisted design briefs, WGSN, Adobe tools

  • PD & Production → Sample tracking, readiness workflows, Centric PLM coordination

  • Logistics & Ops → Order flow, warehousing, ERP/WMS integration

  • Merch & Licensing → Line planning, buyer engagement, licensee tracking

About the Role

FAM Brands is seeking business-curious career professional with a passion for AI, automation, and rethinking how work can be executed. This role will support the omni-channel function within our CLUB division and report into the Senior Manager of Ai & Digital Workforce Innovations. The ideal candidate is not only curious about how businesses operate but is also enthusiastic about using cutting-edge AI tools and agents to redesign and automate those operations.

This is a hands-on role. You will partner with business stakeholders, document and analyze existing workflows, and implement intelligent solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll be part of a small, agile team driving meaningful change at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed with logistics and CLUB business partners to understand current workflows and operational pain points.
  • Leverage Ai and process mapping technologies to document existing work patterns for evaluation and analysis.
  • Analyze, map, and document current-state and future-state logistics processes using process design techniques.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, n8n, Pinkfish.ai, ChatGPT, etc).
  • Design and execute automations with real-world business impact, leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, Gemini, and more.
  • Support the development of lightweight proof-of-concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by actively sharing ideas, exploring new technologies, and pushing boundaries.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest and capability in artificial intelligence, automation, and business optimization.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.
  • Exposure to automation tools and platforms such as N8N, Make.com, Zapier, UiPath, or Power Automate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify and structure complex business processes.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with API protocols and basic scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., AS400, CIMS) and understanding of logistics workflows.
  • Portfolio of personal or academic projects demonstrating creative use of AI or automation tools.

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
