Job Purpose: 

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Artificial Intelligence Analyst to drive the implementation and integration of AI solutions across our products and internal processes. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and user experience. 

You’ll play a key role in two areas: first, by identifying and implementing AI solutions that enhance our internal tools and workflows, improving operational efficiency across teams; and second, by supporting the integration of AI-driven capabilities into our customer-facing platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI technologies, frameworks, and third-party tools for integration. 
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases. 
• Lead and/or support the execution of AI implementation projects from concept to delivery. 
• Design and run experiments to test feasibility, performance, and ROI of proposed AI initiatives. 
• Track industry trends and emerging AI solutions, maintaining a proactive innovation pipeline. 
• Assist with developing documentation, training materials, and best practices for internal adoption of AI tools.
• Contribute to shaping product direction with a “product manager” lens focused on customer outcomes and scalability. 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in an AI, data analytics, machine learning, or innovation-related role.

• Product-oriented thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical employees.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLMs, NLP, and generative AI use cases. 

• Demonstrated experience managing or participating in cross-functional projects.

• Familiarity with popular AI platforms and tools (e.g., Glean, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Google Vertex AI)
