AI is transforming regulated life sciences, and Dot Compliance is at the absolute forefront. We are building a dedicated Agentic AI unit to deliver autonomous AI agents to pharma, biotech, and medical device innovators. We're seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market charge for our new agentic unit, translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives, partner closely with Product and Sales, and build the launch playbook that drives market adoption.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute 0-to-1 go-to-market strategies for new agentic features and product launches.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and narrative for our agentic AI products, tailored to regulated life sciences buyers.
- Partner with product and sales teams to translate technical AI capabilities into customer-facing value propositions.
- Collaborate with the demand generation team on campaigns, content, and programs to support the agentic unit.
- Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battlecards) for the new offering.
- Track and report on pipeline and revenue impact of agentic-unit marketing efforts.
- Leverage modern AI tools and platforms to streamline marketing workflows, content generation, and strategy development.
- Stay current on AI/agentic trends in the life sciences space to inform strategy.
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS/tech marketing, ideally with product marketing experience.
- Proven track record of executing 0-to-1 product or category launches, taking offerings from concept to market.
- Experience marketing technical or AI-driven products to enterprise buyers.
- Strong writing and messaging skills, able to make complex technical capabilities clear and compelling.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney, or marketing automation AI features) to accelerate execution.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, demand gen, and revenue operations.
- Proven ability to work flexibly across overlapping time zones, specifically managing meetings and communication with stakeholders in EMEA (CET/GMT) and US East Coast (EST).
