ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Agency Trader (Overnight) to join our Trading and Execution Services Team. In this critical role, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting our customers—including broker dealers, institutional clients, and registered investment advisors—during overnight trading sessions. You will not only provide operational support but also play an essential role in ensuring risk mitigation, maintaining smooth trade flow, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Duties/Responsibilities
Monitor and Support Overnight Trading Activities: Oversee client trading activity during overnight sessions, ensuring efficient trade execution and accuracy.
Client Support: Act as a trusted first point of contact for resolving client inquiries related to order flow, trade execution, and system performance.
Order Management System Expertise: Work closely with clients to troubleshoot technical issues involving Order Management Systems (OMS) and Electronic Trading Systems (EMS).
Risk Management: Proactively identify and respond to potential trade settlement, compliance, or operational risks; escalate issues as necessary.
Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with operations, technology, and compliance teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
Market Knowledge: Leverage in-depth understanding of market dynamics, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain thorough and accurate updates, ensuring seamless handoff to the following day’s trading staff.
Education and/ or Experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required
3+ years of experience supporting broker dealer, institutional, or RIA customers in a trading environment.
FINRA Series 7 License required; FINRA Series 63, 55, or 24 licenses preferred

Outstanding Client Service Skills: Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver best in class support with a calm and professional demeanor.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of global equity and options markets, trading protocols, and industry regulations.
Problem Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve trading and technical issues.
Adaptability: Comfortable working independently during overnight hours and able to adapt to changing market conditions.

Salary Range
$99,200-$124,000The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
