Position Summary
The Agency Temporary - Senior Contract Administrator position will provide all forms of contract-related support through all phases of the contract lifecycle. The role will partner with a variety of key business stakeholders throughout the company.
Essential Functions
- Perform routine and specialized administrative duties for Legal and Contract Operations.
- Assist with the identification and tracking of material contracts to meet reporting requirements.
- Track contracts from intake through negotiation, approval, distribution, and execution process including the required follow-ups with legal, business, finance, and purchasing teams.
- Monitor, triage, and process group email inbox used for contract requests and questions, including assignment of requests for review, and file processed emails.
- Send distribution memo emails to key stakeholders for fully executed agreements.
- Maintain contract tracking spreadsheet, including keeping it up to date.
- Perform routine follow-up on contracts in the negotiation process.
- Work with business teams to receive the fully executed contracts back in a timely fashion.
- Upload agreements and input associated data into contract system.
- Prepare initial drafts of contracts, amendments, termination notices, and notice of renewal/non-renewal.
- Assist with the initial review of contracts.
- Prepare redlines for legal.
- Respond to questions and direct inquiries regarding contracts and other matters.
- Partner with the business teams to help educate on the contract lifecycle.
- Create and maintain contract reports.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents.
- Maintain electronic and paper files.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma, with a minimum of 7+ (including but not limited to internships and/or coursework) years of relevant experience required, Or
- Associate’s degree, with a minimum of 5+ (including but not limited to internships and/or coursework) years of relevant experience required.

Working Environment / Physical Environment
- This role will be an onsite role in El Segundo, CA
- Regular work schedule is Monday – Friday, within standard business hours. Flexibility is available with manager approval
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
$38.7 (entry-level qualifications) to $43.00 (highly experienced) per hour
This is the pay range the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
