Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and highly motivated Agency Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Agency Partnerships in managing and growing relationships with our agency partners. In this role, you will assist with various responsibilities to ensure that our agency partnerships remain strong, aligned, and successful. Your contributions will directly impact creator acquisition, agency support, and overall business growth.

As part of the Agency Partnerships team, you will act as a crucial support system to the Head of Agency Partnerships, helping streamline processes, execute strategic initiatives, and maintain seamless communication between internal teams and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Agency Partner Relations: Assist the Head of Agency Partnerships in managing day-to-day relationships with agency partners, ensuring that their needs and objectives are met.
  • Onboarding and Creator Distribution: Help agencies onboard new creators to the Passes platform, and support in distributing creators to agencies that require their services.
  • Process Optimization & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of agency interactions, track key metrics, and support the creation of reports for internal teams and leadership.
  • Contract Assistance & Renewals: Aid in the preparation and negotiation of agency contracts, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with Passes' objectives. Assist with renewals and amendments as necessary.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creator success, support) to ensure consistent alignment with agency initiatives, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aware of agency updates and deliverables.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track the performance of agency partnerships and assist in the preparation of performance reports. Provide regular updates on key metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create and Implement Processes: Assist in the creation of processes and workflows that help streamline agency engagement and communication, ensuring consistent experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creator Applications: Support the Head of Agency Partnerships in reviewing and approving new creator applications submitted by agencies.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide administrative and strategic support to the Head of Agency Partnerships on various projects, ensuring smooth and effective execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in partner management, agency relations, talent management, or a similar role, preferably in the creator economy, media, or entertainment industry.
  • Understanding of the Creator Economy: Knowledge of the digital creator space, including the role agencies play in managing talent and scaling creator-driven businesses.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to build rapport and foster relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across teams, adapting to different work styles and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (such as Monday.com), project management tools, and other digital tools for partner management and reporting.
  • Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a flexible, can-do attitude.
