Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in Wholesale Lending experience
  • Active Broker Connections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a production driven environment
  • Be a team player
  • Computer/Technology savvy

Duties:

  • Cold calling potential clients 30–50 calls per day
  • Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM
  • Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers
  • Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
  • Trains brokers on HomeXpress Mortgage Corp’s products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines
  • Adds value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs
  • Stay abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes
  • Pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files
  • Provide on-going service and support to brokers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
