We’re looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Contractor who will own and scale our creator-driven affiliate program—turning influencers into high-performing brand advocates. This role is built for someone who understands the power of creators as performance marketers and can blend influencer marketing with affiliate growth strategies. This person should be highly skilled in creator recruitment, relationship-building, performance optimization, and scalable campaign execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of influencer partnerships and data-driven marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive growth in active affiliate creators and VIP partners, turning content creators into top-performing growth drivers.
- Use your existing influencer network and sourcing strategies to identify and onboard high-potential creators who drive conversions.
- Actively onboard past partners from paid influencer channels to maintain portfolio volume.
- Bring outside-the-box ideas to expand our creator affiliate program while maintaining efficiency and growth.
- Secure and structure performance-driven influencer affiliate deals that balance content engagement with growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Paid Acquisition to ensure influencer content amplifies key marketing initiatives and is primed to scale on paid channels
- Track creator-driven revenue, refine commission structures, and identify winning trends to scale what works.
- 3+ years of experience in creator-led affiliate management.
- Ability to quickly build, execute, and optimize strategies based on performance insights
- Focused on KPIs, member growth, and content impact, with a strong commitment to maintain brand integrity
- Strong partnership and negotiation skills with influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities, timelines, and follow-ups
- Deep understanding of influencer monetization and affiliate program performance
- Adaptable, fast-paced thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment

- Compensation Details: $35/hr
