Job Description “Senior Affiliate Manager” On-site
Summary:
The Senior Affiliate Manager is a reliable point of contact for each client (Publisher) that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
We’re scaling — and we’re looking for a true Affiliate & Publisher pro to help us build even stronger performance.
This is not your entry-level Affiliate Manager role. We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and proactive Senior Affiliate / Publisher Manager who knows how to balance revenue growth with traffic quality control. You’ll own a key part of our publisher portfolio and have direct influence on both company revenue and long-term strategic growth.
If you know how to both drive sales and filter traffic, how to build publisher relationships, and how to handle performance optimization across multiple channels — this opportunity is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage, grow, and optimize relationships with existing publishers.
- Actively recruit, onboard, and launch new publishers with long-term growth potential.
- Consistently analyze both quantitative and qualitative traffic metrics: conversions, revenue, lead quality, margins, refunds.
- Identify low-quality or non-compliant traffic early and take fast action to protect revenue.
- Act as a trusted advisor for publishers, handling daily communication, escalations, and business development.
- Represent the company at major U.S. affiliate conferences and trade shows — sourcing new publishers and expanding networks.
- Partner closely with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Finance, Legal) to deliver best-in-class publisher support.
- Fully manage campaign lifecycles from onboarding to optimization to reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly portfolio performance reports for executive management.
- Constantly track market trends and propose ideas to strengthen the publisher operation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on Affiliate Marketing experience (U.S. market mandatory).
- Proven experience in Payday Loans, Insurance, or Lead Generation verticals (highly preferred).
- Strong expertise in publisher traffic analysis, risk management, and compliance.
- A true sales person with strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Experience attending and networking at U.S. affiliate conferences.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on revenue, performance, and quality.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary + strong performance-based bonus
- High-impact role with direct influence on revenue & growth
- Ownership of publisher portfolio development
- Industry-leading team with strong operational support
- Attendance at major U.S. industry events & conferences
- Significant long-term career growth opportunity
