Who You Are:
You build relationships. You can turn a cold contact into a trusted partner. You notice when someone has gone quiet and you know how to bring them back. You hold people accountable in a way that makes them want to deliver. You read people well and adjust how you coach to fit each person, and you're comfortable talking about funnels, offers, content and campaigns. You may have been an affiliate manager, account manager, partner manager or customer success manager. You're fluent in Spanish and English, and you're excited to support HighLevel's growing community of Spanish-speaking affiliates.

You're driven by goals: you like having clear targets and you work to beat them, not just hit them. You can run a proven playbook with discipline, and you're just as excited to experiment, test new ideas and figure out what works. You do your best work in a fast-moving company, and it energizes you to help others be successful.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and grow an affiliate portfolio

  • Manage a portfolio of ~500 affiliates who are early in their affiliate journey with HighLevel.

  • Move affiliates through lifecycle milestones and grow the number of trials they drive each month.

  • Segment your portfolio by stage, potential and engagement, and create a plan so your time goes where it has the most impact.

  • Build trusted relationships

  • Be each affiliate's go-to strategic partner at HighLevel by earning trust through consistent, helpful follow-up, coaching and engagement.

  • Understand each affiliate's audience, business model and goals, and tailor your support to fit.

  • Run regular 1:1 and 1:many strategy calls with your affiliates.

  • Represent HighLevel and the affiliate team at industry events, trade shows and HighLevel-hosted events.

  • Coach and hold affiliates accountable

  • Coach affiliates on promotion strategy: content, campaigns, offers, webinars, email and social.

  • Help them make the most of the assets, contests and promotions available to them.

  • Set clear goals and action plans with affiliates, then follow up so commitments turn into results.

  • Share best practices, assets and playbooks from our top-performing partners.

  • Keep the portfolio engaged and reactivate dormant affiliates

  • Spot affiliates who have gone dormant and run targeted outreach to win them back, and make sure that you’re regularly engaging with your portfolio so they never go dormant in the first place.

  • Plan and run ongoing engagement across the portfolio: email campaigns, newsletters, group sessions, office hours and community touchpoints.

  • Use scalable outreach (email sequences, templates, automations) alongside personal touches like phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Zoom so every affiliate in your book hears from you regularly.

  • Champion the Spanish-speaking market

  • Run all coaching, outreach and relationship work in Spanish for Spanish-speaking affiliates.

  • Bring back what you hear from the market (needs, objections, content gaps) to help improve resources for Spanish-speaking partners.

  • Own your numbers

  • Own clear KPIs tied to revenue, trials, affiliate engagement, milestone progression and reactivations, and consistently meet or exceed them.

  • Run proven playbooks, and test new outreach and coaching approaches to find what moves the numbers.

  • Keep affiliate records and activity up to date, and report on portfolio health and progress against your goals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine talent for building lasting relationships.

  • A coaching mindset: you can motivate, give direct feedback and hold people accountable.

  • Comfort with the digital marketing landscape: affiliate marketing, SaaS, funnels, content and paid or organic promotion.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills for keeping a portfolio moving.

  • Data and AI fluency: you're comfortable pulling and reading performance data (dashboards, spreadsheets, CRM reports) to spot trends, prioritize your portfolio and measure what's working. You use AI tools every day to work smarter, for things like research, drafting outreach, analyzing accounts and scaling personalized engagement.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and a results-driven, self-motivated approach.

  • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, and the ability to give affiliates clear, strategic counsel.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10–15% of the time (about once a month) to represent HighLevel at industry events, trade shows and HighLevel-hosted events.

  • Bonus: experience with HighLevel or other marketing automation and CRM platforms, and call intelligence tools (Olive AI, Gong or similar).

  •

    Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, performance marketing or a closely related field, with direct responsibility for revenue-generating portfolios.

  •

The salary range for this role is [$53,000 – $65,000] USD

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
