Who You Are:
You are looking for an opportunity to bring your creative, organized, and strategic thinking to a role that allows you to impact the success of others. Leveraging your sales-minded entrepreneurial spirit through creative outreach strategies to engage and recruit potential affiliates to join the HighLevel program. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape will serve you well as you impact and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition.
To be successful in this role, you will exemplify our “customer obsessed” ethos, demonstrating best in class affiliate partnership practices. You will have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS landscape will serve you well as you lead a team of affiliate program managers. Your responsibilities will include preparing the team to engage and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Measure success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics
- Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Departmental leadership to develop and deploy ongoing Affiliate recruitment strategies
- Prospect and identify an ongoing targeted list of potential affiliates
- Create personalized strategies for existing affiliate quarterly goals and targets
- Orchestrate existing and prospective affiliate landing pages and pre-defined affiliate offers
- Support company-wide marketing strategy and work to integrate and align affiliate department activities
- Source out-of-box affiliate opportunities to further develop HighLevel’s presence and attraction to potential affiliates
- Partner with reactivation and scaling of existing affiliates
- Attend and optimize opportunities at in-person industry events and conferences to source new partnerships and nurture existing partnerships
- Confidently work with large amounts of data and have a data-minded approach to planning department work and analyzing its outcomes
- Measure and provide detailed analysis on success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics
- Be able to demonstrate and justify the results of your work, continuously develop your approach based on feedback and results of past experiments
- Drive forward projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
- Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs change

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required
- 0-2 Years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Business Development experience
- Working Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
- Comfort in public speaking and presentations to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in professional writing and or basic copywriting skills
- A strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HighLevel software
- Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems
- Working Knowledge of the following applications strongly preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media
- Strong experience using data/analytics tools to measure the impact of your work and develop new projects
