Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager to join our team.

Your Role

As the Affiliate Growth Manager, you will be a key member of our growth and e-commerce team, responsible managing and scaling Pixi’s Affiliate Program across the US and UK. You will own the end-to-end affiliate strategy, from recruitment and onboarding to performance optimization and compliance. This role requires a mix of relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and creative campaign execution to drive revenue and brand loyalty through affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Development & Management:
    • Create and execute strategies to grow and optimize the Pixi Affiliate Program.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners who resonate with Pixi's brand and target audience.
    • Negotiate commission structures, set performance goals, and manage contracts with affiliates.
    • Manage affiliate networks and platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Community Building and Engagement:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication and support.
    • Plan and implement educational programs to empower affiliates with knowledge about Pixi products, brand ethos, and effective marketing practices.
    • Organize webinars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance affiliate engagement.
    • Create exclusive affiliate-driven activations, such as tiered incentives and VIP partner offers.
    • Convert creators and content partners into high-performing affiliates through strategic outreach.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, content, PR, Social and creative teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing materials and resources for affiliates.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports on ROI and revenue generated.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize affiliate performance and program effectiveness.
    • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve conversion rates.
    • Forecast affiliate-driven revenue and manage budget allocations.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Educate affiliates on compliance standards and monitor adherence to guidelines.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor affiliate programs, and emerging opportunities in affiliate marketing.
    • Provide recommendations to enhance Pixi's affiliate strategies based on market insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing successful affiliate programs across multiple markets (US, UK, EU preferred).
  • Proficient in e-commerce analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics.
  • Strong network and ability to build relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans that align with business objectives.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Experience within DTC beauty, skincare, or wellness categories is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, UGC programs, and brand partnerships.
