DMi Partners is looking for an Affiliate Client Account Coordinator who will support our client account pod and their roster of clients. As the Client Account Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for collaborating on strategies aligned with our brands' goals. You’ll also build upon affiliate knowledge while learning the foundations of successful account management. This is a role where DMi will be investing heavily in your training and development to ensure you have a foundational understanding of the affiliate space, one of the fastest-growing online marketing channels and how DMi, one of the fastest-growing agencies, operates within it. Affiliate client accounts are a critical aspect of our business, and you will work closely with experts in the space to exceed goals and drive success for our clients. 


DMi Partners’ Affiliate team is a creative and collaborative group that builds and strengthens clients’ innovative marketing strategies. The Affiliate team is the largest team within DMi. However, we utilize a pod structure that ensures you’ll receive mentorship for the job and industry-specific needs and teammates that cultivate a solid channel of information exchange. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

Learn: You will go through an in-depth training process and develop a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, the key stakeholders, including partners, networks, and other partners, how to support high caliber clientele, DMi’s core differentiators, and DMi best practices that result in success for our clients. Week after week, you will be expected to build upon your knowledge and use that knowledge to support your team members and our clients. 

Administration and Analysis: You will play an integral part of the team by supporting both our clients and our team members to ensure our clients' growth. You’ll have duties such as creating call agendas, creating decks for reporting, and drafting weekly client call notes. You’ll also analyze market trends, develop influencer recruitment lists, and maintain the organization of client records and key information regarding their program. You will also, create call agendas to present findings, pending opportunities, and updates to our clients 

Collaborate: We have two different pods at DMi that support our affiliate business: our client account pod and our partnership development pod. Both teams are vital to both DMi and our clients’ success. You will be expected to collaborate and communicate clearly with your client account pod and your partnership development pod to ensure all parties support each other and develop practical solutions to support our clients best. On the client account side, you’ll assist with strategy development to help meet client needs and grow revenue. On the partnership development side, you’ll collaborate on opportunities for the brands with our partners. You will also act as a point of contact to resolve client requests and escalations. 

Grow: Each week, you will be expected to grow on the foundational knowledge of what you were taught the previous week. Coordinators are expected to continuously take on more and get to a place where they are comfortable independently leading client initiatives. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree 
  • You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and are highly detailed oriented 
  • You’re proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel 
  • You like identifying patterns in data and trends 
  • You are resilient and determined – you’re up for a challenge and create efficiencies within your work so you can handle more tasks and responsibilities than the average person 
  • You are an out-of-the-box thinker  

Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000
