The Role

BrandCycle is looking to hire a Manager of Brand Partnerships for a 100% remote position. This role works closely with the Brand team to foster and grow retailer opportunities for our affiliate community. This individual will be a key point person in all brand-related business decisions. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast-growing team at a pivotal time in the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  1. Brand Management: Actively manage large-scale affiliate brand relationships. Act as day-to-day point person as well as strategic lead on growing brands’ sales revenue with BrandCycle’s affiliate and influencer network.
  2. Brand Investments: Work with brand team members to secure commission increases, paid placement fees and influencer campaigns from brands, aligned with company-wide and individual growth goals. Provide end-to-end management of secured investments.
  3. Brand Campaigns: Liaison with internal influencer and marketing teams to schedule and execute brand campaigns. Overseeing timing, message and quality of all brand merchandising. Merchandising channels include email, social media, on-site, network and mobile notifications.
  4. Brand Reporting: Work with data team to package and communicate campaign deliverables and results back to brands, securing recurring investments when appropriate.
  5. Thought Leadership: Opportunities to engage in strategic planning, including rate changes, merchandising expansions, editorial calendar building and new revenue channel drivers.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Tune, etc.)
  • Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with affiliate brand managers. Has an existing rolodex of relationships, a big plus
  • Is comfortable with new and emerging digital platforms and tools
  • Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven excellence in exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Mailchimp, a plus
  • Experience with sales, and/or business development experience, a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.  The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $70,300 - $82,700 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).  Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
