The Aerospace Corporation is a trusted partner of NASA and committed to supporting all areas of human spaceflight. Aerospace is looking for technical leads to take on key roles on NASA programs such as: the International Space Station (ISS), ISS US De-orbit Vehicle, Commercial Crew (Dragon and Starliner), commercial space stations, Orion, Starship Human Landing System (HLS), Blue Moon Mk2 HLS, lunar rovers (pressurized and unpressurized), Gateway, spacesuits (ISS and Axiom's xEVA suit), and more.
The roles are 100% onsite at NASA at Johnson Space Center near Houston, TX., with every other Friday off. If you are interested in the roles below, please apply now.
Current Human Spaceflight Roles:
  • Pyrotechnics/Ordnance Systems Engineer
  • EDL Thermal Protection Leads
  • Passive Thermal Systems Engineering & Integration Engineers
  • Communications Test & Verification Engineer
  • Avionics Systems Engineering & Integration Engineer
  • Rendezvous, Proximity Operations, and Capture (RPOC) Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer
  • Hypergolic Propulsion Engineers

What You Need to Have to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM field
  • At least 5 years or more of technical experience post-degree
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, which is issued by the US government. US citizenship is required.
