Superlanet is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform Engineer for our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote opportunity, although occasional travel onsite for key project milestones is required.
The Adobe Experience Platform Engineer will support the organization's Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, and related personalization technologies. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer data solutions that support analytics, audience activation, personalization, and data governance within a HIPAA-compliant healthcare environment.
- Design and maintain AEP XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.
- Configure and support Adobe Real-Time CDP audiences, identity resolution, merge policies, and destination activations.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot data quality issues, and maintain governance policies.
- Build and maintain Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) connections, data views, dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
- Develop and manage Adobe Target A/B tests, audience segments, offers, and personalization activities.
- Support Adobe Launch (Tags), Web SDK, Alloy.js, and AEM integrations.
- Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and platform standards.
- Partner with engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
- Participate in Agile planning, platform enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.

- Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and AEP Query Service.
- Understanding of data governance and HIPAA-compliant data practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise personalization or customer data platforms.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a healthcare organization or other regulated industry
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Adobe Analytics to CJA migration experience.
- Basic SQL or Python.
- Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
