You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into measurable business value, and enabling customers to realize the full potential of AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
- Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and architect tailored AI, Data & Analytics solutions.
- Design and deliver product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and prototypes, focusing on GenAI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI patterns.
- Provide deep technical expertise during sales cycles, answering product and technology questions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Solution Sales Executives and cross-functional teams to co-create solution roadmaps and "art of the possible" sessions.
- Integrate AI/ML, business intelligence, and analytics strategies into customer solutions, ensuring alignment with business transformation goals.
- Strategic Advisory & Executive Engagement
- Translate advanced AI capabilities into executive-ready narratives and decision frameworks for C-suite audiences.
- Lead executive briefings on AI operating models, governance, ROI, and risk (responsible AI, privacy, IP protection).
- Build industry-specific playbooks linking AI use cases to functional outcomes (IT, customer operations, employee experience, security).
- Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement
- Support deal strategy by co-creating value propositions, demos, and win themes for AI/Data/Analytics opportunities.
- Establish repeatable blueprints (reference architectures, KPI trees, cost models) to accelerate adoption and scale.
- Track engagements progression in CRM system, ensuring accurate opportunity and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship
- Mentor solution teams on prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, model selection, and safety.
- Contribute to internal upskilling programs and codify standards and best practices for GenAI excellence.
- Customer Advocacy & Expansion
- Provide post-sale technology guidance for workflow expansion opportunities.
- Ensure customer advocacy, renewal, and upsell by overseeing adoption and value realization.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise
- 8+ years in presales solution consulting, technical architecture, or solution delivery in AI, Data, Analytics, or cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Vector Databases. Strong understanding of data fabric architectures, data integration strategies, and the modernization of legacy data ecosystems to support an AI-first strategy.
- Deep knowledge of low-code, RPA, business process automation, and API management.
- Experience integrating AI into business processes, decision-making, and workflow automation.
- Business & Advisory Skills
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and executive narratives.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and client priorities across multiple verticals.
- Excellent storytelling, visualization, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior executives (CDOs, CAOs, CIOs, CTOs).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and orchestrating multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Strong teamwork, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud AI (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer) preferred.
- Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 40-50%) to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Native French speaker
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
