About the Role:

Snap! Mobile is seeking a driven Advertising Account Executive to lead the charge in launching and growing our advertising sales business. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our Student-Athlete Ecosystem, working with advertisers, brands, and agencies who want to connect with youth audiences through sports.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic sales leader who thrives in a startup environment, is passionate about sports media, and can deliver strong revenue performance. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from strategy to execution, helping shape Snap’s advertising footprint from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust ad sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify and engage key brands and industries interested in targeting youth sports audiences.
  • Build and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, and sponsors.
  • Create competitive pricing models, revenue projections, and performance targets.
  • Lead compelling sales presentations and close strategic advertising partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Create innovative sponsorship and ad packages leveraging Snap’s digital assets.
  • Drive cross-platform advertising offerings, including native content and branded integrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing on media kits, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor trends in advertising, sports media, and ad tech to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay informed on competitors and develop unique value propositions to differentiate Snap!.

This is a Full-Time position. 

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising sales with a successful track record.
  • Strong relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies—especially in sports, CPG, finance, and personal care.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with ad tech, programmatic sales, and digital media platforms.
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of sports media trends.

Compensation:   

Base Salary $80K + Commission
