Join a team helping organizations transform operations through innovative Android mobility solutions. You'll partner with sales teams and customers to design and deliver integrated solutions that combine rugged Android devices, peripherals, software, and services to improve productivity, streamline store and field operations, and enhance customer experiences.

As a trusted mobility expert, you'll apply your knowledge of Android hardware, OS, MDM/EMM platforms, application integration, and lifecycle services to solve customer challenges. You'll guide customers through the full solution lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to deployment and ongoing support—creating scalable solutions that maximize device uptime, operational efficiency, and total cost of ownership.

Working closely with delivery, operations, and service teams, you'll define technical requirements, deployment strategies, integrations, and support models that ensure successful rollouts and long-term solution success. You'll also stay at the forefront of Android mobility innovation, helping shape future offerings while leading customer presentations, workshops, and demonstrations that showcase the value of modern mobility solutions and digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Bring your pre-sales engineering expertise to help large retail customers solve complex mobility and operational challenges, guiding opportunities from discovery through solution design and close. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers and sales teams to develop strategies and solutions that deliver measurable business value. 
  • Leverage your knowledge of Android mobility, retail technology, and industry trends to recommend innovative, differentiated solutions. 
  • Collaborate with customers to review solution designs and implementation plans, proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges. 
  • Apply your expertise in mobility technologies—including devices, MDM/EMM platforms, applications, and services—to design integrated solutions that meet customer needs. 
  • Lead technical discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value of proposed solutions. 
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and technical solution designs, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities. 
  • Partner closely with delivery, product, and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from solution design to implementation. 
  • Take ownership of complex technical issues, leveraging internal experts and resources as needed to drive successful outcomes. 
  • Help shape and improve pre-sales best practices, tools, and processes while contributing to the growth of mobility services and solutions.
  • Be the technical link for DN’s mobile (Android) hardware partners
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience. 
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. 
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and business audiences. 
  • Experience managing and supporting Android device environments, including device management platforms (MDM/EMM) and mobility solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (both domestic and international)

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000.  Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
