Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in advanced manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations by developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing capabilities by advancing operational efficiency, product quality, and overall competitiveness in the market through your technical expertise and leadership in advanced manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team to design, optimize, and maintain production processes, equipment, and quality standards
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate manufacturing engineers and technicians to support daily production and long-term career growth
• Work alongside operations, supply chain, and upper management to resolve bottlenecks and meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership skills in managing manufacturing teams

The annual base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $188,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
