Job Description

As a Manager, Ad Tech Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Partnership team, by being a platform specialist across DV360, CM360, SA360 and resolving platform questions logged via our ticketing system by our clients.

In this role, you will onboard and support Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients, driving strong relationships while ensuring they receive best-in-class service and adhering to ticket SLAs and best practices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.

  • Resolve basic platform (CM/DV/SA) questions, including user access, creative approvals, and spend issues.

  • Complete account build tasks (e.g., Advertiser creation, linking, floodlight/audience creation) for platform onboarding and implementation.

  • Ability to complete scorecards and basic audits for GMP products

  • Develop insights to inform our clients' strategies.

  • Partner with Business Development to generate strategies for prospective clients.

  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.

  • Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in an agency environment

  • Expertise in managing or optimizing campaigns in DV360, SA360, and CM360.

  • Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.

  • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents

  • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands

  • Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
