We recently launched a new ad-supported tier to offer our members with more choice in how they consume their content. Our new tier allows us to attract new members at a lower price point, while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach audiences that are deeply immersed.
Our Team
The Product Planning, Solutions & Partnerships (PSP) team sits within the Ads Product team to develop, manage and align launch readiness and product initiatives across key business priorities. This Product Partnerships role within the PSP team will be responsible for ensuring seamless alignment between our product roadmap and external technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
Global Tech Partnerships Management: Lead and centralize the management of global technology partnerships including developing and negotiating new partnerships to ensure optimal alignment with the product development cycle.
Regional Engagement: Collaborate with regional commercial teams to align global tech partner deliverables with local priorities
Partnership Strategy & Execution: Define and execute partnership strategies, guiding principles, and operating models with external partners
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Legal, and regional teams to ensure partnership goals are integrated into product planning and delivery.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and emerging partnership opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform partnership and product strategies.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, product planning, or business development roles within the ad tech or technology ecosystem. Additional experience in clean rooms, data partnerships, creative ad servers, and/or retail media networks preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing global partnerships, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing partnership documentation and presentations for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with technical, commercial, and operational teams.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-informed decision making and solutioning.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
