We are looking for an Adobe Target Developer to create big-picture digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences. This person will work alongside our team of Adobe Target business practitioners to create innovative personalized experiences & tests for our clients that span multiple industries. Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Aid in the configuration, administration and operation of Adobe Target to support multi-channel campaigns (create offers & profile scripts for personalized experiences/tests)
- Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences using Adobe Target
- Provide consulting & technical expertise (act as technical SME for Adobe Target)
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies
- Build segmentation and audiences in Target to drive personalization activities
- Customize and enhance web pages and components to meet personalization and testing requirements.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking for personalization experiences & tests
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Adobe Target implementation and front-end development.
- Work with advanced Adobe Sensei capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field required
- 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Target setting up basic and advanced activities
- Proficiency in Adobe Target and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred).
- Experience with tag management systems and data layers
- Experience working with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- Web development experience
- Passion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems
- Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities
- Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
