What You'll Do
- Develop and implement integrations between Azure and Adobe Cloud services, specifically AEP and AJO.
- Design, develop, and implement Adobe cloud components, templates, and workflows to support region specific notifications like email, SMS, push and digital transactional and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe tools and technologies (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe customer Journey Analytics) to create and monitor personalized customer experiences
- Set up and configure templates in AJO to streamline communication processes.
- Create and manage events that trigger communications to various communication providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Document integration processes, templates, and configurations for future reference and training.
- Stay updated on Adobe Cloud product features and best practices to continuously improve integration strategies.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on Adobe Cloud integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java , Python.
- Experience with API integrations and web services and Spring boot framework
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with marketing automation tools and customer communication strategies.
- Familiarity with data management and analytics within Adobe Cloud.

Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is: $134,000 - $219,400. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
