At Acxiom, our Campaign Operations Managers play a pivotal role in understanding and shaping our clients' campaign needs. Their involvement in implementing Adobe’s AEP (RT/CDP), CJO and CJA changes and campaigns is paramount. The essence of this role lies in fostering collaboration with the Adobe partner-provided marketing platform and clients.

The campaign operations manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of campaign services to clients. They will manage client communications, expectations, timelines, scope and delivery execution.   This role combines strategic thinking, project management expertise, and technology knowledge to drive outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Project\Campaign Planning and Scope Definition

  • Collaborate with the team to define project and campaign objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Work with the delivery team to build detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and project\campaign goals.

Team Coordination

  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring each team member understands their role and responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and client success.

Project \ Campaign Execution and Delivery

  • Oversee the execution of project and campaign activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating any issues or obstacles.
  • Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and outcomes.

Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction

  • Maintain high standards of quality in deliverables, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and value to clients.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders, actively addressing any concerns or areas for improvement.
  • Strive to exceed client expectations, driving long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
  • 5+ years of experience in related fields.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe’s AEP platform (RT/CDP, CJO and CJA)
