We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy Administrative/Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. 1. Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.

2. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.

3. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

5. Provide data entry and bookkeeping support.

 

*Communication:*

 

1. Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

2. Communicate with clients, customers, or stakeholders as needed.

3. Draft and send correspondence, emails, and newsletters.

 

*Virtual Support:*

 

1. Manage social media accounts and create content.

2. Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments.

3. Provide online research and data analysis.

4. Manage online calendars and scheduling tools.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
