This role sits within ICONIQ Investment Management, which delivers exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community. We are seeking a sharp, proactive Administrative Team Assistant to support the Family Office team in our San Francisco office.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders, in partnership with the team’s Senior Executive Assistant
  • Manage multiple high-volume, frequently changing calendars across time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, team events, and social activities with a thoughtful, proactive approach
  • Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain information in Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Support ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives as needed

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple individuals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
  • Comfortable collaborating within a team-based support model
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple requests
  • Clear, professional communication style and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to step in and support where needed
  • Advanced experience using Outlook; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
  • California notary designation is a plus

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, and business needs. ICONIQ applies a total rewards philosophy that considers all elements of pay and benefits. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $43.27 to $45.67 per hour, overtime eligible; $90,000 – $95,000 annualized, based on a standard 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks, together with the benefits listed above.
