As the Administrative Receptionist at our corporate office, your role is crucial in delivering exceptional office support to enhance employee and visitor experiences. You'll develop expertise in NVIDIA's history and values, playing a significant part in our accomplishments. What you'll be doing:

  • Open and close the corporate lobby, ensuring it is prepared for daily activities, while serving as a concierge to support all employees, visitors, and customers.

  • Act as the CEO of first impressions by greeting visitors and employees professionally, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

  • Serve as a key communication resource for employees visiting from around the world, delivering expert guidance and support.

  • Maintain high standards by performing daily reception procedures and keeping the corporate resource binder current and accurate.

  • Create and manage data for accurate information that shapes processes, procedures, and global policies.

  • Lead the ENVOY visitor management system by pre-registration, overseeing badge inventory, updating visitor information, and proactively ordering supplies.

  • Support New Hire Orientation by enhancing the employee experience and assisting in the NHO room.

  • Work with various teams on events like meetings, photo-shoots, and conferences to provide accurate info and quality service.

  • Manage DigiLocker assignments and Nursing Room operations for the RESS team, while collaborating with the EBC center to support high-level customer visits.

What we need to see:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Dependable attendance and reliability.

  • Discretion in handling confidential information.

  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Proactive, accountable, and approachable.

  • Flexible with shifting schedules, assignments, and priorities.

  • Highly organized with outstanding time management and execution abilities.

  • Able to work independently and as a collaborative, hands-on teammate.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, building strong relationships across teams and with every interaction.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 48,000 USD - 83,950 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
