GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a real estate investment and development company in Culver City who is seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to support a busy executive. They're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and resourceful across both business and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, travel, and day-to-day logistics
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and property managers
- Assisting with events, reporting, and occasional research
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or personal assistant
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Able to multi-task and manage priorities
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel), proficient with ChatGPT, and experience with Salesforce is a plus
- High level of discretion and professionalism
