About The Role

We’re growing quickly and looking for an Administrative & Office Operations Assistant to help keep our team organized, efficient, and thriving. This full-time role blends executive support (starting with our Head of Engineering) and office operations ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

You’ll work closely with our wonderful Executive Assistant to streamline workflows, support leadership, and create systems that bring order and joy to a fast-moving startup environment. If you’re energized by variety, love problem solving, and enjoy making things (and people) work better, this is the perfect role for you.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in administrative support supporting senior leaders. Bonus if you have office operations/ workplace coordination experience

  • Operationally sharp; you anticipate needs and drive solutions without direction

  • Experience using modern tools (G Suite, Slack, Notion, Gusto) and/or eager to learn

  • Adaptable, reliable, and thrive in a startup environment that moves fast

  • Hands-on, detail-driven, and proud of creating order, warmth, and excellence in the workspace

  • Full-time Onsite role based in our San Francisco HQ

What You’ll Do:
  • Administrative Support

    • Partner with our Head of Engineering to manage scheduling, travel, and team logistics

    • Support leadership meetings: agendas, notes, follow-ups, and coordination

    • Provide EA coverage during time off

  • Office Operations

    • Keep the office running smoothly — manage supplies, vendors, facilities, and space needs

    • Able to lift up to 25 lbs

    • Serve as the on-site point of contact for day-to-day office needs and troubleshooting

    • Manage office systems, track budgets, and optimize processes as we grow

    • And jump in where needed!

  • People & Culture

    • Help foster a welcoming, high-energy culture from onboarding and welcome kits to team events

    • Partner with the EA on internal celebrations, offsites, and other moments that make our workplace special

  • Meals & Snacks

    • Manage our meal and snack programs, including coordinating vendors, tracking preferences, and staying on budget
