Position Overview
This role involves coordinating and supporting administrative tasks, managing communications, and overseeing departmental schedules and workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination: Organize team schedules, meetings, and projects.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Document Management: Handle project-related documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Operational Support: Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues by collaborating with various teams.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of administrative or operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar software.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22+ per hour (depending on experience).
