We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative activities and help keep information, requests, and processes organized. You will coordinate tasks, maintain records, communicate with internal teams, and provide administrative support to managers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and requests

  • Maintain records, spreadsheets, and company systems

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed

  • Prepare basic documents and reports

  • Follow up on outstanding requests and deadlines

  • Communicate with internal teams to keep tasks moving

  • Provide general administrative support to managers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous administrative, coordination, customer service, or similar experience

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE
  • Administrative coordination experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Experience with scheduling, CRM, or project management systems

  • Food service, hospitality, retail, or healthcare experience

COMPENSATION

$20–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
