About Us: We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to join our Client team in New York! This role supports multiple leaders and is a critical part of the team. 

 

Job Description: As an Administrative Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

 

  • Complex Calendar Management: Organize and schedule meetings and appointments internally and externally with our clients
  • Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls where necessary. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Travel & Expense Support: Provide administrative support for all internal and external travel and expenses
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior leaders and partnering with other administrative teams

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with booking travel and expenses required. 
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$80,000.00 - USD$145,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
