We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Coordinator to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support across the organization. This role combines business reporting, data analysis, project coordination, CRM administration, proposal support, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and is equally comfortable managing detailed administrative responsibilities while transforming data into actionable business insights.

Essential Functions

Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, maintain, analyze, and report operational and business performance data. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support business decision-making. 
  • Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and leverage data to improve productivity and operational performance. 
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data across systems and reports. 

Project & Administrative Support

  • Support project teams through documentation, meeting coordination, status reporting, and action item tracking. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, decisions, and operational procedures. 
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate communication among internal stakeholders. 

Business Operations

  • Administer and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Coordinate proposal development activities, including document preparation, information gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. 
  • Support engineering change proposals by tracking actions, communications, and implementation activities. 
  • Prepare shipping documentation and maintain related operational records. 
  • Maintain electronic records, archives, and document management systems.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, print specifications, and engineering collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Conditions

  • Ability to work onsite, including hours outside of a normal working day, to meet critical deadlines.  
  • This position operates within a precision manufacturing environment supporting the production of mission-critical aerospace and defense components. Success requires a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and customer delivery commitments. 
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, including walking the production floor, climbing stairs or ladders, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • This position requires the use of information or access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.
