Hasana is seeking an Administrative Assistant to keep operations organized and running smoothly across the organization. This role is essential to strengthening our impact by supporting efficient workflows and advancing our mission as a nonprofit with global reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with support tasks as they arise

  • Communicate actively and coordinate across teams

  • Support internal communications and workflows

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and written documents

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Canva and Google Workspace apps

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Experience working with nonprofits (a plus!)

  • Eagerness to learn tools and new skills as needed
