The Opportunity:

The administrative assistant provides administrative support in a warehouse environment by preparing reports, handling requests for information, printing shipping documentation, filing, label creation, collecting data, and placing purchase requisitions. Supports a team of approximately 15 Shipping personnel.

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Collaboration tool: Strong computer skills; knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Additional Qualifications:
  •  Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a high degree of tact and courtesy in dealing with others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adept at developing and maintaining detailed administrative and procedural processes
    Ability to manage sensitive, complex, confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, manage time, problem solve, and work independently as well as part of a team are crucial.
  • High energy and eagerness to demonstrate personal initiative.

How you will thrive and create an impact 

  • Assist with warehouse picking processes, preparation and control of records, data collection, preparing reports, and submitting purchase requisitions, IT tickets & work orders. 
  • Maintains goodwill and provides exceptional service to all customers, potential customers, and associates.
  • Helps ensure regulatory compliance, preparation, completeness, and accuracy of required documentation, and facilitates the timely movement of goods.
  • Arrange and coordinate business travel for managers, directors, or other division heads.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls, providing information, taking messages, and maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$41,200.00 - $68,700.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
