Your Role:

As an Administrative/Executive Assistant, you’ll keep daily business moving forward by:

  • Managing busy calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling time zones with ease.
  • Drafting polished emails, memos, and updates for teams and clients.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents - keeping information organized and ready to go.
  • Tracking tasks and deadlines, sending friendly reminders, and following up until things get done.
  • Supporting travel arrangements, event planning, or meeting logistics as needed.
  • Coordinating with vendors, contractors, or external partners on behalf of your team.
  • Keeping digital files, spreadsheets, and databases tidy and up to date.
  • Jumping in to solve small problems before they become big ones. You’re the calm in the storm!

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistant role.
  • Impeccable organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - clear, professional, and friendly.
  • Proactive attitude - you see what needs to get done and make it happen.
  • Confidence with standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and quick to learn new tools.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams, managers, or projects at once is a big plus!

💸 Competitive salary of $1,000 USD - $1,200 USD based on experience and role fit.
