Job Requisites and Overview:

The primary role of this position is to work closely with the CSO and CMO coordinating and managing complex calendar schedules, meetings, expenses, and travel and the day-to-day efforts for select teams and clients on a wide variety of projects mainly consisting of administrative work. This position is based on the East Coast and will need to work across time zones (US/UK/Dublin/Australia).

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, positive under pressure and is proactive and great with problem solving efficiently. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt to multiple assignments and deadlines as well as a frequently-changing environment.


ESSENTIAL Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the C-Suite as needed by assisting with scheduling meetings, expense reports, booking travel, departmental needs, business development presentations, research, reporting, admin, etc.
  • General administrative support, including collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate meetings and calls.
  • Report regularly to supervisor on current work and progress
  • Other administrative, support and marketing duties as needed

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities needed to perform the job: 

  • Great ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multi-step procedures autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint a plus
  • Effective time/project management skills
  • Self-starter, confident and energetic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Budgeting and expense reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Proactive and takes initiative

Required Education/Experience: 

  • 3-4 years of experience in a previous administrative assistant or executive assistant role.
  • BS/BA degree required

What we offer:

  • Salary: The annual salary range for this full-time role is $50,000-$60,000. This represents the salary range that Allied Global Marketing, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility.
  • Benefits: This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k, paid parental leave and Flex PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
