We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

You will help keep internal processes organized, coordinate information and schedules, and provide administrative support across different teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling.

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records and internal files.

  • Handle email communication and follow up on routine requests.

  • Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparation.

  • Support data entry and basic reporting tasks.

  • Help coordinate internal projects and team activities.

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners when needed.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, office support, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Trello, or similar.

  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management.

Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
