We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Technology team and help keep day-to-day activities organized as CerebriOS grows. You will coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, track requests and follow-ups, and provide administrative support to team members working across Product, Engineering, Data, and other functions.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with technology teams in a remote environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DOProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Technology team
Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and follow-ups
Maintain team documentation, trackers, and internal records
Organize project materials, presentations, reports, and other documents
Track action items, deadlines, and outstanding requests
Coordinate communication between Technology and other internal teams
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for technology team members
Help organize team meetings, planning sessions, and internal events
Assist with vendor, software subscription, and administrative requests
Prepare routine reports, summaries, and status updates
Help maintain clear and organized digital files and documentation
Support Technology and company-wide projects as needed
1+ year of experience in administrative support, coordination, operations, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools
Proactive approach to follow-ups and problem-solving
Reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience supporting a technology, SaaS, or software team
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar tools
Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Experience coordinating projects or cross-functional activities
Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum environments
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
$50,000–$68,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
