The Team

As Netflix continues to produce amazing content worldwide, Post Services focuses on creating the best services, sites, and experiences for our filmmakers. The Netflix Content Organization has built in-house post-production services for the exclusive use of our titles. Our Post Services team is charged with the strategy, implementation, and operational management of our purpose-built sites, providing services with cutting-edge technology and workflows to our filmmakers.

The Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Director, Post Services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, positive, and able to pivot when necessary. This is a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone proactive and solution-oriented with a mind towards helping the success of the team and thinking about the needs of the individuals they support.  We are looking for someone who is excited about the content we make and eager to play an important role in supporting our Post Services team. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining calendars for the Director, Post Services, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling internal and external meetings

  • Assist in booking a high volume of  travel arrangements (domestic and international) 

  • Book, manage, and coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and off-sites 

  • Experience planning and facilitating townhalls and all-hands meetings preferred

  • Develop and create executive-ready presentations and documents using Google Suite   

  • Participate in key meetings, capture detailed notes, and track, assign, and drive follow-up on action items to completion

  • Processing expense reports in a timely manner

  • The ability to assist with team projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity 

  • Proficiency in Google: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Groups

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Independent worker with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and switch easily between tasks

  • Displays professionalism in communication with internal and external partners

  • Prior experience working across a global team with an understanding of diverse cultures is a plus

  • Responsive and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones

  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information

  • Strong judgment and ability to make decisions quickly

  • Strong attention to detail at all times

  • Team-player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

  • Able to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlines

  • Tech-savvy is a huge plus


Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $38.46 - $71.39.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
