Job Summary:
Netflix Animation Studios’ Finance and Global Operations teams are looking for an Administrative Assistant with a passion for the operations and teams that bring an animated feature to life. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating alignment between the team and cross-functional partners. This will require a candidate to be positive and calm under pressure while juggling multiple projects.  The candidate will need to take initiative, with exceptional follow-through, organization, and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position in a rapidly growing studio that requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable. 

About Netflix Animation Studios Finance & Global Operations:

Netflix Animation Studios' Finance & Global Operations teams are dedicated to optimizing financial strategies and operational efficiencies to support our diverse and growing slate of animated features. As integral members of our collaborative culture, the team partners closely with creative and management teams to implement effective financial and operational solutions across all facets of NAS. Our Finance & Global Operations teams, which encompass Finance, Workplace, Studio and Workforce Planning, and Systems and Workflows, are instrumental in establishing scalable and efficient processes and systems. By fostering collaboration across our locations and with stakeholders, these teams ensure seamless studio operations, financial integrity, and strategic project success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintaining calendars for senior-level executives, including booking and confirming large cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, for executives and conference attendance

  • Preparing and submitting senior-level executive expense reports

  • Communicating and coordinating with cross-functional departments and other executive-level staff and assistants, as well as external vendors

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new hires

  • Maintaining studio Google Drive databases for global operations and finance teams' use

  • Attend meetings to take and share meeting notes and to manage action items from those meetings

  • Brainstorming potential workflow efficiencies for the team

  • Coordinating and driving agendas for large-scale, Townhall-style meetings

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 4 years as an administrative assistant or similar experience, preferably in finance or a financial-related field

  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and schedule for numerous executives

  • Team player who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

  • Google Suite proficiency

  • Basic knowledge of the Animation landscape

  • Interest and ability to operate within Netflix culture and champion the culture of the team

Location: 

This role is based in the US, out of the Netflix Burbank offices.

At NAS, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your compensation. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, location, skills, and experience.  The overall market range for this role is typically $33-50 per hour.  This reflects total compensation; we do not have stock options.
