The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative tasks including managing records, supporting customer and supplier service, and assisting with departmental routines.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing administrative tasks related to records, controls, conferences, customer and supplier service, as well as other department routines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
• Must be able to operate MS Office Suite and some Web-Based Computer Programs, (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
