The Ad Ops Specialist manages ad tech, improves revenue, resolves technical issues, and collaborates with teams to optimize ad campaigns and affiliate strategies.
The Ad Ops Specialist will play a key role in operating and managing our ad tech stack, improving revenue performance, and resolving technical issues. You will work closely with commercial, BI, operations, and product teams to ensure that our ad operations are aligned with the company’s growth strategy and revenue targets. This role is hands-on and will require expertise in ad trafficking, affiliate platforms and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and optimise ad campaigns to maximise performance and revenue yield.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving issues, discrepancies, and other technical challenges.
- Collaborate with sales to set up and maintain affiliate offers effectively within content, maximising revenue generation.
- Affiliate Account creation and management.
- Monitor affiliate performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results and meet revenue goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of ad performance metrics to optimise ad placements and formats across all websites.
- Explore new revenue opportunities through affiliate networks, partnerships, and innovative ad tech solutions.
- Assist monthly reporting, integration with our revenue platform and the month end process
- Use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue performance.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ad operations, ideally with a background in the digital publishing sector, managing ad inventory across multiple websites.
- Strong experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimising affiliate revenue.
- Affiliate and iGaming experience required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of the commercial suite of dashboards.
