The Ad Operations Specialist handles client communication, manages project setups, analyzes data, troubleshoots issues, and supports team training.
Overview on daily tasks within the AdOps role:
- Daily client communication via email and weekly client calls
- Project setup within ADimension and tag generation
- Lead publisher and partner communication for tag implementation
- Monitor and check data on a frequent basis – per project (generally running anything from 15-25 projects at a time).
- Impression checks and data analysis
- Troubleshoot any data issues or panel exposure issue in combination with product team.
- Setup YouTube studies in Google Ads platform
- Setup and run social measurement projects with the Meta (Facebook) platform.
- Co-ordinate with sales and project managers on project status to ensure we achieve expected quota.
- Contribute to internal documentation creation and updates.
- Support in team trainings and knowledge sharing

- Experience with reporting and reconciliation in Excel
- Well versed in Microsoft Office tools
