- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior actuarial, insurance, or reinsurance experience preferred.
- Progress toward actuarial credentials (CAS, SOA, or equivalent) preferred; exceptional candidates interested in pursuing actuarial exams or with partial exam progress will also be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA, data analytics, and actuarial software is a plus.
- Experience with ResQ or similar actuarial reserving software preferred.
- Understanding of actuarial reserving methodologies, capital analysis, and risk assessment concepts.
- Familiarity with property & casualty insurance and reinsurance operations.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, local entity and Group regulatory reporting, and insurance industry practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
